Probiotic Complex

Natures Aid Probiotic Complex provides 2 billion live organisms of Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacteria Bifidus. There are millions of bacteria inside each person, forming an internal world inside us which is often referred to as ‘The Microbiome’. There is a lot of research ongoing at the moment about the impact the microbiome may have on the rest of the body.

This product also provides 100mg FOS. FOS, or Fructooligosaccharides, is a natural fibre found in raw fruits and vegetables, which offers a natural source of what is often referred to as a prebiotic.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Can be taken while on HRT, Warfarin or if diabetic. Can be taken whilst breastfeeding, but it is NOT recommended during pregnancy.
