How to take
With this newer version of Jack3d user’s can decide between 1-3 scoops of Jack3d per serving.
We recommend assessing your tolerance by starting off with 1 scoop mixed with 200ml of water from 10-30 minutes before your workout/exercise.
For the individuals who really want to have a similar feeling to the old Jack3d then mix 3-leveled scoops with 200ml of water.
