When you walk through the doors of our recently refurbished Woolton store you are likely to be greeted by either Alex or Ian K. Alex loves going to the gym and he is powered by plants, he has a BSc in Sports Science and a Masters in Nutrition so he can help everyone, from vegans to meat-eaters, with everything, from wellness to improving athletic performance. Ian K has extensive and valuable experience as a supplement and health advisor at Fitness Factory, he is one of our longest reigning members of staff, and his wisdom and knowledge is evident when conversing with him on the shop floor.
We also have offices here, so you are likely to meet some of the behind the scenes characters, such as Warren the customer service operative, Chris the packing team leader, and Joe the graphic designer master.
